Envision Energy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Spain to drive delivery of renewable energy projects across Europe. You will manage international projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in large-scale project delivery, a background in wind/energy projects, and strong stakeholder communication skills. Travel within Spain and Europe is expected as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale project delivery and coordination.
• Proven track record in renewable energy projects in Europe.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Native in Spanish and professional level in English; travel within Spain/Europe as required.

Responsabilidades

About the role:

Envision strategy in Spain is expanding fast and therefore we need to hire a dedicated Project Manager to meet our client's expectations and ensure effective project execution.

This role will be responsible for delivering projects on time and to the required quality standards, while enhancing BSA project performance and reducing downtime. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure full compliance with local site electrical safety regulations, strengthening overall operational reliability.

Qualification and expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• More than 8 years of experience in large-scale project delivery and coordination.
• Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects in the European region.
• Expertise in wind and grid-scale BESS project management.
• Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Native in Spanish and professional level in English; proficiency in additional European languages or Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to travel within Spain and Europe/internationally as required.
