Verisure is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead and contribute to product/services development and cross-technology deployments in a multi-country environment. The role includes rolling out projects to various countries and acting as liaison between business and technology.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, you will influence product definition, implementation, and evolution to boost business performance.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree (Engineering/Business).
• 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering projects (phases, life cycles, metrics and methodologies).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
• Agile methodologies knowledge and the flexibility to work within hybrid models.
• Atlassian tools knowledge (JIRA, Confluence).
• AI generic tools.
• Experience managing international projects with foreign customers and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product and systems features.
• Drive product development from small features to entirely new products.
• Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features meeting quality standards.
• Define the project plan with scope and budget, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor and report project status and deadlines; manage allocated teams.

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Project Manager. This is a critical role that will lead & contribute product/services development and cross Technology deployments. The candidate will rollout projects to countries and will be the liaison between Business and Technology in a multi-country environment in those.

The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. It is a unique opportunity to create and participate in product definition, implementation & evolution that will have direct impact in business performance.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product and systems features.
• Drive product development from small features to entirely new products.
• Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality.
• Defining the project plan following the outlined scope and budget, defining milestones and deliverables.
• Help in technical decisions
• Identify resources needed
• Monitor and report project status and deadlines commitment
• Manage and track progress of allocated teams.
• Notify changes, issues and/or delays
• Review deliverables prepared by the team
• Ensure project plan is available and documented
• Project plan review to meet changing needs and requirements
• Arbitrate choices and conflicts within the project.
• Review team reports - hours, expenses, etc. and budget consumption
• Keep tracking on business requests of the projects and its status
• Identify and minimize uncertainties and risks in the project.
• Manage technical relationship with customers
• Support in pre-sale activities and logistics
• Testing Office to request and follow up necessary testing equipment for entire project (lab, simulator…) as defined in the project test strategy.
• Actively contribute in Change Approval Board (CAB) within the project scoped requirements.

Permanent hire will be based in Madrid

Experiences And Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (Engineering/Business).
