Job summary

Doxis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across Europe. You will drive projects from initiation through delivery, testing, go-live, and handover to Support, acting as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders and ensuring successful outcomes.

You will manage 3–8 concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mitigate risks while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in software or professional services.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale implementation projects.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (or willingness to obtain).

What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through delivery, testing, go-live, and handover to Support.
• Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, typically between three and eight, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal delivery teams, and senior stakeholders across Europe.
• Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software or professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale implementation projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent in English and French (Spanish fluency is a big plus)

• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, or similar certification (required, or to be achieved within 3 months)
