Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Spain seeks senior healthcare strategy professionals to drive strategy, transformation, and AI initiatives across the Healthcare sector in Madrid and Barcelona. You will contribute to go-to-market and organizational projects on national and international engagements.

The role requires 8+ years of full-time Healthcare/Life Sciences experience, prior consulting, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of full-time professional experience, with focus on Healthcare or Life Sciences areas.
• Previous consulting experience required, ideally from strategy-focused firms in Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; local market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategy, transformation, go-to-market, organization and M&A projects across Healthcare.
• Collaborate with leading Healthcare players in Spain on strategy, transformation and AI projects.

What You'll Bring

• At least 8 years of full-time professional experience, with a focus on Healthcare, particularly Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare Services or MedTech
• Previous consulting experience required, ideally from strategy consulting firms with a focus on Healthcare or Life Sciences
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Local market experience is preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish
