Job summary

Applus+ IDIADA is seeking a recent graduate to join our automotive testing team. You will support test planning, schedule updates, and samples management while contributing to KPI reporting in a dynamic, global environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to vehicle component testing, teamwork, and proactive problem solving, with opportunities to grow within a sustainability-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral English.
• Recent graduate with eagerness to learn and grow in automotive industry.
• Some hands-on experience in automotive sector via internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles.
• Exposure to testing processes (virtual or physical) at vehicle component level through university projects or training.
• Good organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Update test plan and test schedule as the project evolves.
• Manage and monitor samples planning, delivery to testing locations, and return/scrap at end of activities.
• Follow up and report progression of activities (KPIs).
• Support risk analysis activities.

Job Description

• Test plan and test schedule update according project evolution
• Samples management and monitoring (samples planning, ensure the delivery of the samples to the different testing locations, ensure the return/scrap at the end of the activities)
• Follow up and report of the progression of the activities (KPI)
• Support on Risk analysis

Qualifications

Language skills:

• Excellent written and oral English. Other languages will be an asset.

Desired Background:

• Basic understanding of major vehicle functionalities and attributes.
• Familiarity with sample or component management processes.
• Experience collaborating in diverse or international team settings, whether through academic group projects, internships, or multicultural environments.
