Job summary

Applus+ IDIADA is seeking an Engineer for its Homologation department. The role involves analyzing manufacturer documentation, prototype assessment, test setup, and preparing homologation reports.

You will manage the full approval process with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with manufacturers and authorities. English proficiency is essential, with other languages valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Telecommunications or Aeronautical engineering; MSc valued.
• Experience in automotive engineering is valuable.
• Knowledge or experience in quality control, regulation or standards.
• Knowledge or experience in measuring systems, procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Our Homologation department is looking for an Engineer to join the team.

Main responsibilities

• Analysis of manufacturer's documentation
• Prototype assessment, preparation, instrumentation and test
• Analysis of test results
• Homologation reports
• Manage the whole approval process including multidisciplinary teams
• Meetings with manufacturers and approval authorities
• Participation in R+D projects

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Industrial/mechanical/telecommunications or aeronautical engineering. (MSc valued) Other engineering degrees or master acceptable depending on competences and experience.

Experience: Experience in automotive engineering valuable. Knowledge or experience in quality control, regulation or standards. Knowledge or experience in measuring systems, procedures and equipments.

Languages: High level of English (other languages valued, French, Italian, German,...).
