Job summary

Empresaconfidencial, an international energy company, seeks a Manager to lead the Business Development of utility-scale projects in Spain. You will drive development strategy from assessment to RTB, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage permitting, stakeholder engagement, and critical milestones.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of complex project development experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex permitting and project development processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects in dynamic environments.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Availability to travel when required.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
