A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Project Development Manager specializing in BESS projects for a fast-growing renewable energy firm based in Barcelona. The role involves developing new opportunities, engaging with stakeholders and negotiating land rights. Ideal candidates should possess a relevant degree, 5+ years of renewable energy project development experience in Spain, and be fluent in Spanish and English. This is a full-time role with a focus on the green energy transition.

Formación

• 5+ years in renewable energy project development in Spain, including 2–3 years in BESS.
• Proven experience in site origination and land negotiation.
• Knowledge of Spanish grid regulations and permitting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand a pipeline of BESS projects in Spain.
• Source and assess project sites using GIS and professional networks.
• Negotiate land rights and access agreements.
• Engage with landowners and stakeholders.
