Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of Capgemini Group, seeks an experienced Project Coordinator for large-scale telecoms, aerospace and infrastructure programs in Spain. You will support planning, governance and delivery across multiple technical workstreams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong project controls, dependency management and governance experience, with fluency in English and a engineering/tech background.

Formación

• 8–15 years of professional experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls or Program Coordination.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, dependency management and delivery governance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Experience supporting executive governance and senior management reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI and project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the detailed project delivery plan with activities, dependencies, deliverables, milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate with project and technical leads to validate progress, forecasts and milestone readiness.
• Assess impact of delays, issues and dependency changes on objectives and timelines.
• Identify schedule deviations and delivery risks; define recovery plans with stakeholders and escalate issues.
• Consolidate technical progress information for governance reviews and executive reporting.
• Coordinate interfaces and dependencies between multiple project work packages and program workstreams.
• Monitor corrective actions and provide updated delivery outlooks to leadership.
• Prepare executive governance materials, steering reports and program dashboards.

As part of our Digital Engineering team, you will contribute to the delivery of large-scale programs involving critical infrastructure deployments, complex engineering environments and multiple stakeholders across international organizations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators with a strong background in large-scale telecommunications, aerospace, satellite, defence or infrastructure programs.

The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination and governance of complex delivery programs, ensuring alignment across technical workstreams, suppliers and program stakeholders. This role requires a solid understanding of project controls, dependency management, milestone tracking and delivery governance within highly demanding engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the detailed project delivery plan, including activities, technical dependencies, deliverables, milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate with project and technical leads to validate delivery progress, forecasts and milestone readiness.
• Assess the impact of delays, technical issues and dependency changes on program objectives and timelines.
• Identify schedule deviations and delivery risks, define recovery plans with stakeholders and **escalate** critical issues when required.
• Consolidate technical progress information and supporting evidence for governance reviews and executive reporting.
• Coordinate interfaces and dependencies between multiple project work packages and program workstreams.
• Monitor corrective actions through completion and provide updated delivery outlooks to program leadership.
• Prepare executive-level governance materials, steering committee reports and program dashboards.

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of professional experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls or Program Coordination.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, dependency management and delivery governance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executive governance and senior management reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• English C1 level or higher.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience with telecommunications operators or satellite infrastructure providers.
• Experience in space-sector programs, ground segment deployments or critical infrastructure projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP or similar certifications.
• Experience working in international and multi-vendor environments.
