HCLTech Las Palmas de Gran Canaria busca un Project Manager para fortalecer la marca en España. El/la candidato/a gestionará planes de entrega WXP, Sales Compensation y RIS, coordinando milestones, dependencias y rutas críticas en múltiples iniciativas, con foco en resultados y governance.

Se requiere amplia experiencia en gestión de proyectos (7+ años) en entornos SFDC y ecosistemas de partners, conocimiento de SAFe, Jira/Confluence y habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva.

Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en Gestión de Proyectos / Entrega en entornos SFDC y ecosistemas de partners.
• Dominio de Sales Compensation, facturación de partners mensualmente y habilitación de canales minoristas.
• Experiencia práctica con SAFe, PI planning, ceremonias ágiles y cadencias trimestrales.
• Fuerte disciplina RAID, cuantificación de riesgos, planificación de mitigación y escalada.
• Familiaridad con Jira, Confluence, Test Rail, MS Project u otras herramientas, y herramientas de dashboarding.
• Comunicación ejecutiva, redacción de estados concisa, serenidad bajo presión y enfoque en resultados.

Responsabilidades

• Propietad de plan de entrega WXP + Sales Comp + RIS, hitos, dependencias y ruta crítica entre iniciativas concurrentes.
• Soporte PI planning, seguimiento de sprint, preparación para lanzamientos, cadence MTP/Gold TXN/Hypercare.
• Mantener el registro RAID, identificar riesgos y temas temprano, impulsar mitigación con responsables.
• Coordinar entrega cofinanciada LCS para RIS, alinear alcance, hitos y gobernanza conjunta.
• Gestión de recursos de proveedores y CW en iniciativas asignadas, onboarding/offboarding, alineación SOX.
• Informar estado semanal al Program Manager y mensual a la dirección y a la governance de Partner Program.
• Encabezar la visión de coste de entrega, tracking de esfuerzo, burn-down, cambios de alcance y evaluaciones de impacto.
• Impulsar mejora continua en PMO, alineación SPM, higiene de Jira y adopción de Test Rail.
