Capgemini Invent in Spain is seeking an experienced Manager to lead workstreams across Supply Chain and Operations. You will manage teams, define transformation roadmaps with clients, and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics, 6–9 years in consulting, and fluent English and Spanish. French is a plus; you are a self-starter with strong communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 6 to 9 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in a consulting firm is required.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience managing teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 6 to 9 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in a consulting firm is required.
• Experience and/or knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience managing teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interest in technology and its impact on business and operations transformation.
• Native and/or fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and results-oriented.
