Alstom in Madrid seeks a Project Contract Manager to lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation across railway signalling projects. You will analyze contracts, prepare EoTs, variations orders, and amendments, and provide technical leadership within the Project Core Team.

With 2-3 years in contract/claim management (railway a plus) and fluency in Spanish and English, you will monitor schedules, issue contractual notices, and deliver KPIs to project and legal teams while training

Formación

• 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience or Project Management, preferably in industrial sector.
• Spanish and English language skills are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies for projects.
• Develop and drive contract amendments, variations orders, and EoTs.
• Monitor contract obligations and issue contractual notices; align with Project Manager on correspondence.
• Report contract management KPIs to project, legal, and contract management teams.
• Provide training on contract/claim management to project stakeholders.
