Siemens Mobility in Spain seeks a Railway Signaling Project Manager to lead complex international projects from negotiation to handover, driving profitability and strong customer partnerships in ERTMS and CTC systems.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and negotiate contracts while traveling to partner sites and customers. A degree in Engineering and 2+ years in railway signaling are required; fluency in English is essential.

Formación

Minimum 2+ years managing projects within the railway signaling industry.
Technical understanding of Interlocking (I/L), ERTMS and Centralized Traffic Control (CTC).
Experience navigating international environments with global stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to resolve complex challenges.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end execution of international railway signaling projects, meeting financial targets, quality standards and timelines.
Drive contract negotiations, claim management and procurement strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
Build trust-based relationships with global customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks while capturing new business opportunities.
Empower cross-functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions.
