Alstom is seeking a full-time Contracts Manager for Commercial/Industrial Projects. The role, based in Madrid, involves leading contract/claim management, risk mitigation, and strategic contractual analysis to safeguard interests and align with project objectives.

You will guide the Project Core Team and interact with legal and management units to ensure timely notices and compliant execution. Spanish and English proficiency are mandatory.

Formación

• 2–3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred)
• Experience in railway projects is a plus
• Spanish (mandatory) & English (mandatory)

Responsabilidades

• Analyze contracts to build and drive contract/claim management strategies
• Lead timely issuance of contractual notices and monitor correspondence
• Provide training on contract/claim management to project stakeholders
• Monitor contract obligations and KPIs with the project team
• Support project management, legal and contract management teams with contractual analysis
