Alstom está buscando un Líder de equipo de Verificación y Validación (V&V) para dirigir actividades de verificación, validación y pruebas en programas de señalización y software complejos. Este rol garantiza seguridad, calidad y fiabilidad en infraestructuras ferroviarias críticas.

Formación

• Experiencia en verificación y validación, pruebas, integración o ingeniería de sistemas.
• Conocimientos de estrategias y herramientas de automatización de pruebas.
• Comprensión de entornos Agile y CI/CD y ciclo de vida del software.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y desplegar la estrategia y plan de Verificación y Validación.
• Liderar actividades de verificación, integración y pruebas a nivel de software, producto y sistema.
• Impulsar la transición de pruebas manuales a automatizadas (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete).
• Coordinar equipos multifuncionales (Seguridad Señalización, Arquitectura de Producto, Development Centers).
• Gestionar configuración, control de cambios y trazabilidad de requerimientos.
• Supervisar ejecución de pruebas, reportes, riesgos e gestión de incidencias.

We're looking for a Software V&V Team Leader to drive verification, validation and testing activities across complex signalling and software programs. This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure.

Your role, your impact

• Define and deploy the Program Verification & Validation strategy and plan
• Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels
• Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers)
• Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability
• Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management
• Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools
• Represent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on V&V progress and risks
• Lead the V&V team and manage subcontractors and work packages
• Ensure independence between verification and design activities

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, system, and security domains - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

• Experience in verification & validation, testing, integration or system engineering
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and tools (e.g. Cucumber, JMeter, Postman)
• Understanding of Agile, CI/CD environments and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of integrated systems (CCTV, PA, PIS, communications, control centers)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements and test management
• Engineering background with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (French is a plus)
• Leadership mindset, autonomy and strong communication skills
• Experience in regulated industries (railway signalling, aerospace, defence, nuclear) is a plus
