Rocket Lab, a leading app growth hub, is expanding its Spain-based supply team. We seek a Programmatic Partnerships Manager to own the partner side of our programmatic business and coordinate with LATAM and EMEA sales and CS teams.

You will manage DSP/SSP relationships, negotiate terms, and lead onboarding with a cross-regional focus across Spain, LATAM, and Asia. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 2–4 years of programmatic advertising experience at a DSP, SSP, ad exchange, mobile measurement partner, trading desk, or programmatic team.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day commercial relationship with programmatic partners (DSPs/SSPs) across UA, retargeting and CTV.
• Bridge between platform partners and Media Specialists; route commercial questions and resolve blockers.
• Act as internal programmatic expert for Sales/CS across LATAM and EMEA; develop enablement materials and training.
• Lead onboarding of new partners end-to-end; collaborate with China/APAC lead on inventory and models.
• Report monthly on partner pipeline, revenue and profit; present at Global Supply review.

Rocket Lab is The App Growth Hub, a leading mobile ad-tech company that helps app marketers acquire and retain high-quality users, accelerating growth across the entire customer lifecycle. We work with clients and partners across LATAM, EMEA and APAC, and we're growing our Supply team in Spain.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Programmatic Partnerships Manager to become the dedicated commercial owner of our programmatic business. Reporting to the VP of Supply, you'll own the partner side of programmatic, keeping our platform relationships across user acquisition, retargeting, and CTV healthy, commercially sharp, and technically well-supported, while making sure our Sales and CS teams across LATAM and EMEA can sell programmatic with full confidence.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day commercial relationship with Rocket Lab's programmatic partners (DSPs, SSPs) across UA, retargeting and CTV, running partner reviews, negotiating rates, rebates, and volume tiers, and monitoring performance against fill rate, scale and quality.
• Be the single bridge between platform partners and our programmatic Media Specialists, routing commercial questions to you and keeping operational ones with them, and staying on technical or integration blockers until they're resolved.
• Act as the internal programmatic expert for our Sales and CS teams across LATAM and EMEA: build enablement materials (one-sheets, capability matrices, pricing guidance) and run recurring training on programmatic and CTV.
• Lead new partner onboarding end-to-end, and partner with our China/APAC Supply Innovation lead to bring new inventory and commercial models into the portfolio.
• Report monthly on partner pipeline, revenue and profit contribution, presenting at our Global Supply review.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in programmatic advertising, gained at a DSP, SSP, ad exchange, mobile measurement partner, trading desk, or the programmatic team of an agency or app advertiser.
• Solid understanding of how programmatic works: auctions and bidding, in-app vs. CTV supply paths, SDK/API integrations, and tracking and attribution.
• Strong commercial instincts, comfortable negotiating rates and reading a partner's incentives.
• Highly organized, with a track record other people can rely on.
• A clear communicator who can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus given our Brazilian business.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures (this role sits between Spain, Latin America and Asia).
