Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is offering a Program Manager Internship in Madrid or Barcelona. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on real improvement and innovation projects that support Amazon's European network growth.

The role requires fluency in Spanish (and English at C1), advanced Excel skills, and being in penultimate or final year of a relevant degree. Internship length ranges 3 to 6 months, 40h/week, with relocation support available.

Formación

Fluent in Spanish (reading/writing/speaking).
English at C1 level or above.
Penultimate or final year university student with anticipated graduation after internship.
Available Jan–Sep 2027; 3–6 months, full time (40h/week).
Must have right to work in Spain.
Based in Barcelona or Madrid; relocation package may be offered.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program’s offering and its benefits for customers.
Work on one or several projects with the hiring team; track actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, and analyze processes to identify risks.
Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
Contribute with innovative long-term and lasting solutions for the team.
