Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Program Manager Intern to gain hands-on experience across multiple projects in a fast-paced European network.

You will work with stakeholders, analyze data, and deliver improvements that impact operations across Spain and beyond. You will be mentored by a dedicated team, collaborate across functions, and develop skills in project management, data analysis, and communication.

Formación

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA.
• Fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year university student with anticipated graduation after internship.
• Available Jan–Sep 2027 for 3–6 months full-time (40h/week).
• Right to work in the country of employment.
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona during the internship.
• Relevant studies: Engineering, Project Management, or Business Management.

• Track actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights.
• Analyse processes to identify critical points and risks.
• Support the team in implementing network improvements.
• Contribute with innovative long-term solutions for the team.
