Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. in Spain is offering a 6-month internship in Madrid or Barcelona with a flexible start between January and March 2027. This role is not remote and provides real responsibility from day one.

You will observe Amazon Construction Managers, support budgeting and scheduling, and engage in contract management and stakeholder coordination to deliver projects successfully.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) required.
• Must sign a learning agreement with the university.
• Penultimate or final year pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Observe the implementation and management of safety programs with the project team.
• Support the construction team to ensure contractor skills match project needs.
• Witness budgeting, scheduling and forecasting efforts to optimize deliverables and hand-overs.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth project execution.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
• Support managers to keep schedules and budgets—across multiple sites with potential travel.
• Participate in weekly meetings with architects, owner, and contractor to discuss root causes and corrective actions.
