Amazon is offering a Program Manager Intern position in Castellbisbal, Spain. You will work with a dedicated mentor on real improvement projects across the European network, learn to analyze large datasets, and coordinate with stakeholders in multiple countries on rollout plans.

You will gain experience in project tracking, milestone management, and presenting findings to leadership in a fast-paced, international environment. Relocation support and competitive monthly pay are included.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, index/match etc.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or higher.
• Penultimate or final year, pursuing a university degree with graduation after internship.
• Available January–September 2027, 3–6 months, full time (40h/week).
• Right to work in country of employment.
• Based in Castellbisbal (BCN3) during internship; relocation package may apply.
• Relevant studies in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Management.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program's offering and its benefits for customers.
• Work on one or several projects with the hiring team, track actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, analyze processes to identify risks.
• Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
• Contribute with innovative long-term and lasting solutions for the team.
