Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Program Manager Intern to gain hands-on experience across multiple projects in a fast-paced European network.

You will work with stakeholders, analyze data, and deliver improvements that impact operations across Spain and beyond. You will be mentored by a dedicated team, collaborate across functions, and develop skills in project management, data analysis, and communication.

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA.
• Fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year university student with anticipated graduation after internship.

• Relevant studies: Engineering, Project Management, or Business Management.

Key job responsibilities

You will collaborate with different internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program’s offering and its benefits for our customers. You will work on one or several projects with your hiring team in tracking open actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, analyse processes to identify critical points and anticipate risks.

A day in the life

Every day is different as a Program Manager Intern. You'll work alongside your dedicated mentor and team on real improvement and innovation projects that support the growth of Amazon's European network. You might spend your morning analysing a large dataset to identify operational bottlenecks, then spend your afternoon aligning with stakeholders across different countries on a project rollout plan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and share updates with senior management.

Amazon is a data-driven business, so no matter which project you are working on, part of your role will involve extracting insights from data to drive decisions. You'll develop solutions to real operational challenges, test different approaches, and present your findings to leadership — building your analytical, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Internship Start Dates across the year:

We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through September 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.

Basic Qualifications

• - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
• - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above
• - Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of your internship.
• - Available to commence an internship between January and September 2027. Yes, our start dates are flexible! You should then be available for 3 to 6 months, full time (40h/week). Internship length is subject to availability
• - You must have the right to work in the country of employment.
• - You will be based in our offices of Barcelona or Madrid for the duration of the internship. A relocation package may be offered, subject to an eligibility criteria
• - Relevant studies Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or similar discipline
