Skydance Madrid is offering a paid production trainee internship to join our studio on-site in Madrid. The program provides learning opportunities, networking with leaders, and real-world experience for students transitioning to the industry.

3 months minimum, 35 hours per week. The role focuses on supporting the production department, maintaining calendars, organizing meetings, taking notes, and assisting with pipeline tracking under tutor guidance.

Formación

• Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (Mon–Fri, 35h/week).
• Currently enrolled in last year of Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s program.
• Self-starter with writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, multitasking.
• Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
• Strongly focused on the Production field.
• Good team player and high English level; Spanish desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains department calendar, books meeting rooms, and communicates schedule changes.
• Ensures proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.
• Records and shares meeting notes reflecting action items and prioritization.
• Assists in tracking department work inputs/outputs in the studio’s database.
• Helps distribute/collect timecards for the department.
• Follows the Tutor’s guidance.

Requirements

• Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (from Monday until Friday, 35h/week).
• Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate,Bachelor's, orMaster’sprogram at an accredited institution.
• Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability tomultitask.
• Highlymotivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
• Strongly focusedonthe Production field.
• Good team player!
• High English level.
• Spanish desirable.
