Skydance Animation Madrid is seeking a motivated production trainee for an on-site internship. You will join the studio’s production team, supporting calendar management, meeting preparation, and notes distribution while learning the department’s pipeline.

The internship is paid, requires at least 3 months on-site (35 hours per week), and you must be in the final year of an accredited degree. Strong English is essential; Spanish is desirable.

• Enrolled in final year of Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s program.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with maintaining department calendar and meeting logistics.
• Prepares for meetings and reviews.
• Records and shares meeting notes reflecting action items and priorities.
• Tracks department work inputs/outputs in the studio’s database to learn the department and its pipeline.
• Distributes and collects timecards for the department.

This is a paid internship that will be held on-site.

• Ensuresproper preparation for all meetings and reviews.
• Recordsandsharesnotes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items andan appropriate senseof priority.
• Assistsin tracking department work inputs and outputs in the studio’s database to learn detailed knowledge of the department and its pipeline.
• Helpsdistribute and collect timecards for the department.
• Followsthe Tutor’s guidance.
• Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (from Monday until Friday, 35h/week).
• Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate,Bachelor's, orMaster’sprogram at an accredited institution.
• Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability tomultitask.
• Highlymotivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
• Strongly focusedonthe Production field.
• Good team player!
• High English level.
• Spanish desirable.
