Skydance Animation Madrid is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic production trainee for our studio. This paid internship is on-site and designed to bridge classroom learning with hands-on industry experience.

You will support calendar management, meeting prep, notes, and data entry while learning the studio’s production pipeline and staying connected with mentors.

Formación

• Must be available on-site for at least 3 months, 35h/week.
• Currently enrolled in the final year of an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
• Self-starter with strong writing, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the department calendar, books meeting rooms and communicates schedule changes.
• Ensures proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.
• Records and shares notes from meetings and reviews that reflect action items and priorities.
• Tracks department work inputs/outputs in the studio’s database to learn the pipeline.
• Distributes and collects timecards for the department.
• Follows the Tutor’s guidance.

Our Internship Program offers its own unique learning opportunities. You will have the chance to network and meet with Skydance leaders, learn transferable skills, and gain real-world experience. It is an experience ideal for those moving from the classroom to the industry.

This is a paid internship that will be held on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintaining the department calendar, booking meeting rooms and helps communicate any schedule changes.
• Ensures proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.
• Records and shares notes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items and an appropriate sense of priority.
• Assists in tracking department work inputs and outputs in the studio’s database to learn detailed knowledge of the department and its pipeline.
• Helps distribute and collect timecards for the department.
• Follows the Tutor’s guidance.

Requirements

• Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (from Monday until Friday, 35h/week).
• Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
• Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
• Strongly focused on the Production field.
• Good team player!
• High English level.
• Spanish desirable.
