Nutreco is seeking a Skilled Operator to support and execute routine production activities in line with safety, quality and environmental guidelines. The role focuses on basic operation, routine maintenance, data logging and continuous improvement within the production area.

You will work with a team to ensure safe, efficient and compliant processes, maintain clean work areas, and promptly report any defects or deviations to supervisors.

Formación

• Basic proficiency to operate production equipment and follow on-the-job training.
• Ability to read and follow guidelines on safety, quality and environment.
• Willingness to perform routine maintenance tasks and log production data.

Responsabilidades

• Executes operational activities such as discharge, load, transport, cleaning, labeling and operating all equipment to support safe, effective production.
• Inspects and performs small maintenance tasks on production equipment and reports defects.
• Performs minor repair work when applicable and appropriate.
• Logs data and information on production orders and activities in logbooks or systems for complete oversight.
• Flags deviations and suggests improvements to supervisor to optimize processes, tools and systems.
• Promotes awareness of SHEQ and ensures compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and keeps production lines and site in good condition.
