Qualifications

• Operates equipment and machinery with basic proficiency as taught by on-the-job and formal training.
• Ability to follow defined specifications, quality, safety and environment guidelines.
• Willingness to perform (semi) routine production tasks and collaborate with other operators and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Executes operational activities such as discharge, load, transport, cleaning and labeling to support safe and efficient production.
• Performs small maintenance tasks, reports defects and may conduct minor repairs when needed.
• Logs data and production activities in logbooks or systems to maintain complete order progress records.
• Signals deviations and suggests improvements to supervisors to optimize processes, tools and systems.
• Works in compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations and promotes SHEQ awareness.
• Keeps work area clean and safe, maintaining production line appearance and safe conditions.
