Nutreco's Skilled Operator performs basic production tasks with on-the-job training to support safe, efficient operations. The role covers operating equipment, cleaning, labeling, and basic maintenance while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

Key duties include logging production data, reporting defects, and contributing to continuous improvement, while keeping work areas clean and compliant with SHEQ standards.

Formación

• Basic operator with on‑the‑job and specialized training.
• Knowledge of using materials, equipment and tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Executes operational activities / processes such as discharge, load, transport, clean, label, operate all equipment to contribute to safe, effective and efficient production processes.
• Periodically inspects and executes small maintenance tasks on the production equipment; signals defects.
• Logs data and information on production orders in logbooks/systems for complete administration and insight into production progress.
• Signals deviations and suggests improvements to supervisor to optimize operational processes, tools and systems.
• Works in compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations and promotes SHEQ awareness.
