Irizar Forge, part of the Royal Van Beest Group, is hiring a Production Manager in Lazkao (Gipuzkoa). You will lead production activities, coordinate multiple processes, and report to the Operations Director.

The role requires strong leadership and experience managing teams of 30+ across two- to three-shift patterns, with SAP and KPI experience to drive efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience in production management within industrial environments.
• Experience leading multi-process teams and middle management.
• Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and production KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure rigorous execution of the production plan and on-time delivery.
• Apply First Time Right to minimize errors and rework.
• Supervise production orders from release to closure.
• Set production priorities, sequences and schedules for continuity.
• Anticipate deviations impacting delivery deadlines or costs.
• Review closure of production orders and monitor cost deviations.
• Work cross-functionally with Planning, Process Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Sales.
• Participate in the Quality Committee and analyze rejects and non-conformities.
