Irizar Forge, a leading industrial forging company based in Gipuzkoa (Lazkao) and part of Royal Van Beest Group, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Department, coordinating the technical team and ensuring the safe, reliable operation of production assets.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, work with cross-functional teams, and manage maintenance costs and supplier relationships to maximize equipment availability and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams in manufacturing.
• Background in industrial maintenance with complex equipment.
• English: upper-intermediate or above.

Responsabilidades

• Define and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate technical interventions and problem solving.
• Ensure availability and performance of machinery and facilities.
• Lead maintenance team, allocate resources and priorities.
• Manage costs, spare parts and investments in maintenance.
