Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Governance leader to join Mondelez Digital Services as Product Stream Operations Manager. You will run governance forums, manage cross-functional demand, and ensure financial visibility across product streams with strong orchestration and value delivery.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to align strategies, prioritise investments, and track Total Cost of Ownership, performance metrics, and OKRs, enabling delivery teams to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, digital, or technology operations roles, with at least 3 years in governance/portfolio/product operations managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience facilitating governance forums, prioritisation, and cross-team orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operating rhythm of the product stream with governance meetings and productive reviews.
• Aggregate demand from stakeholders, triage, and prioritise before council review.
• Cross-check roadmaps across Product Groups and maintain an integrated stream view.
• Co-chair Product/Platform Councils, set agendas, drive decisions, and publish logs within 48 hours.
• Enable TCO reporting and compare actuals vs. forecast with corrective actions.
• Support annual investment submissions with capacity, TCO projections, and value cases.
• Present stream performance data for governance and leadership packs (OKRs, backlog, velocity).
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decisions.
