Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a governance-focused PSOM to operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. You will run governance forums, ensure financial visibility, and resolve cross-team friction, enabling delivery teams to perform at their best.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across the Product Stream, leads councils, and maintains TCO reporting and performance metrics to drive value realization across product groups and platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, digital, or technology operations with governance/portfolio operations experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in multi-national environments.
• Strong understanding of product-centric operating models and portfolio governance.
• Certifications in Agile (SAFe/Scrum) or Product/Portfolio Management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run governance forums (product councils, platform councils) with structured agendas and logs.
• Coordinate demand intake, prioritization, and council reviews.
• Track Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and investment allocations; report variances.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
• Aggregate roadmaps across Product Groups to identify gaps and dependencies.
• Prepare annual investment submissions with capacity and value cases.
• Present governance outcomes and performance metrics at leadership forums.
