Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Product Stream Operations Manager (PSOM) to govern and orchestrate the product stream within the MDS Transformation, ensuring clarity, alignment and value delivery through governance, financial visibility and cross‑functional coordination.

You will partner with senior leaders, co‑chair councils, track TCO, support annual investment submissions and drive delivery velocity across product groups and platforms in a global, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, digital, or technology operations roles, with governance experience.
• 3+ years in governance, portfolio operations, or product operations managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of product-centric operating models and SAFe/LeSS frameworks.
• Experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling and budget variance reporting.
• Proven ability to design and run senior governance forums with structured agendas.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating rhythm of the product stream with productive governance meetings.
• Aggregate and triage demand from business stakeholders for council review.
• Cross-check roadmaps and identify overlaps across Product Groups.
• Co-chair Product and Platform Councils and drive clear decisions and action logs.
• Enable TCO reporting at stream and platform levels, tracking forecast vs actuals.
• Support annual investment submissions with capacity and value realization data.
• Present stream performance data at governance forums and leadership packs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
