Murphy is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to drive expansion into new markets, countries and business lines. You will own where Murphy plays next—country, product, channel—and translate that strategy into a shipped, scalable reality with founder-level influence.

You’ll lead bets across banking channels and adjacent services, turning thesis into live products while maintaining high standards for compliance, economics, and execution. Hybrid work with worldwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required with strong numerical rigor.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• AI-native mindset with relentless focus on quality and shipping

Responsibilities

• Define expansion strategy across countries, products, and channels.
• Lead 0→1 bets to extend Murphy beyond collections into new domains.
• Sequence multi-market relationships (e.g., Santander, Revolut, BBVA) with proof-led gating.
• Diagnose regulatory, unit economics, and channel-margin challenges and design robust solutions.
