Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV's Product Security Incident Response Team seeks a program leader to drive the operational response to reported vulnerabilities affecting NXP hardware and software. You will own cases from intake through assessment, remediation coordination, customer communication, and responsible disclosure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Security, Embedded Security, or Cybersecurity programs.
• Strong ability to coordinate across engineering, product management, quality, legal, and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, incident handling, and coordinated disclosure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational lifecycle of product vulnerability cases from intake through closure and disclosure.
• Establish response plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, escalation paths, and communication cadence for each case.
• Coordinate impact assessments and remediation planning across multiple functions and external researchers.
