Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Cyber Incident Response Manager to enhance security operations across cloud and corporate IT environments. You will lead incident response efforts, refine processes, and manage a specialized team dedicated to quick response and improvements in detection logic.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2–3 years dedicated to leading an incident response process.
• Strong understanding of modern security tooling.
• Hands-on experience responding to security incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen and scale the incident response program.
• Design and maintain IR processes tailored to IT environments.
• Enhance detection engineering capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead response coordination efforts during incidents.
• Manage and mentor a specialized incident response team.
• Conduct training and preparedness exercises.

Conocimientos

Understanding of security tooling (SOAR, EDR, SIEM)

Analyzing security telemetry using Python

Automating detection logic

Incident response experience in cloud environments

Designing IR runbooks and playbooks

Leadership in incident response

Fluency in English

Analytical mindset

Excellent communication skills

Educación

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Security
