Job summary

ISDIN is seeking a Product Manager to drive the product vision and roadmap. You will shape end-to-end development, prioritize the backlog, plan sprints, and work with UX and analytics to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.

The role emphasizes market monitoring, competitive analysis, and close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver value and impact across our product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business/quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of web technology frameworks, design tools and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision.
• Shape product and tech processes with the team and participate in end-to-end product development: backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and grooming of tasks/stories.
• Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses, understanding and representing user needs.
• Align stakeholders around the vision for the product and prioritizing product features and capabilities.
• Work closely with the UX Team to improve our continuous discovery, collaborate with web analytics to validate UX hypotheses and feed into the product roadmap.

What will your challenges be?

• Support in the definition and execution of the product vision
• Shaping product and tech processes with the team and participate fully in the end-to-end product development cycle: backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and grooming of tasks/stories
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses, understanding and representing user needs
• Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product and prioritizing product features and capabilities
• Work closely with the UX Team to improve our continuous discovery. Collaborate closely with web analytics to validate UX hypothesis to feed into the product roadmap, and report results to the company.
