Job summary

ISDIN, an international dermocosmetic company, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive the regional strategy in the Basque area. You will define Sell-In and Sell-Out priorities and oversee budgets and resources to boost profitability.

You will lead a multifunctional team of 15+ people, monitor KPIs such as market share, distribution and visibility, and develop talent to meet future needs. Proficiency in English and IT skills with Excel/PowerPoint/Word are required, with experience in FMCG or

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or Business Administration and/or Health Sciences.
• 5+ years leading commercial or multifunctional teams of 15+ people in consumer health or similar sectors (FMCG, HORECA).
• English upper-intermediate (B2).
• Strong IT skills with office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google.

Responsibilities

• Define the commercial strategy for the area, establishing medium-term Sell-In and Sell-Out priorities and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and performance, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
• Make strategic decisions regarding negotiations, investments, and resource allocation within the area.
• Monitor strategic KPIs (Market Share, Sell-In, Sell-Out, Distribution, Visibility, and other metrics) and validate action plans.
• Drive talent development and ensure the team is prepared to meet future business needs.

What will your challenges be?

• Define the commercial strategy for the area, establishing medium-term Sell-In and Sell-Out priorities and objectives.

• Education: University degree in Economics or Business Administration and/or Health Sciences.
• Experience: Leadership of commercial or multifunctional teams of more than 15 people in the consumer health sector or similar (FMCG, HORECA, etc.) for at least 5 years.
• Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
• IT: High user level knowledge of office tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Google.
