Job summary

ISDIN in Montcada is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to lead production and logistics teams, ensuring accurate invoicing and alignment of stock with systems. The role focuses on warehouse operations, cost control, and continuous improvement across national and international orders.

You will drive optimization of processes, coordinate with subcontracted teams, and develop staff while maintaining strict budget adherence and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Senior Mechanical and/or Organizational Engineer, AE.
• Experience: 3 years in the operations area (planning, leading production and logistics teams).
• IT: Proficiency in Excel tools and data analysis.
• Others: Production planning and control, logistics, inventory control and management, Lean manufacturing, TPM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ISDIN's invoicing by shipping products to customers.
• Maintain and control the difference in sales and invoicing at national and international level.
• Lead the smooth running of all operations carried out in the warehouses linked to the operation: reception management, returns, handling, preparation of international and national orders.
• Lead, define and comply with the improvement and maintenance plan of the Montcada warehouse.
• Search for alternatives to the current processes to improve the efficiency of the warehouses linked to the operation.
• Lead the warehouse team, both own and subcontracted.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within the warehouses linked to the Operation.
• Ensure the correct correspondence of the physical stocks with respect to the computerized ones in the company's systems.
• Control the established budget (total investments and expenditure of the facilities and machinery of the Montcada warehouse).
• Perform active benchmarking to look for new improvement alternatives to ISDIN operations.
• Be responsible for the management and development of the people directly in charge.
