Capitole is seeking a Backend Developer with Python and AWS to join a strategic platform team responsible for user, tenant and access management in a cloud-native ecosystem. You will contribute to disaster recovery capabilities and resilience in a regulated environment.

You will build IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu, develop backend services in Python, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with Security, Product and Engineering to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.

Formación

• Backend development with Python is required.
• Experience with AWS services including Cognito, IAM, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, KMS, CodePipeline and CodeBuild.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Terraform or OpenTofu experience is required.
• Shell scripting is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is expected.
• Proactive, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• SAFe, Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Identity and Access Management experience.
• Software security best practices.
• AWS, MongoDB or Agile certifications are a plus.

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with experience in Python and AWS Cloud technologies to join a strategic platform team responsible for user, tenant and access management within a cloud-native ecosystem.

You will contribute to the implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities, helping to ensure platform resilience, business continuity and operational excellence within a highly regulated environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale cloud architectures, Infrastructure as Code, identity management and automation, collaborating with Security, Product, Data and Engineering teams.

What you'll do
