ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering is hiring a Senior Product Owner/Manager to shape a healthcare digital product. You will lead the product vision, roadmap and backlog, collaborating with engineering, UX and business stakeholders to maximize value.

With SAFe Agile delivery and cross-functional teams, you’ll define roadmaps, manage priorities, and mentor team members. The role is hybrid in Spain, offering a supportive onboarding and growth opportunities within a global environment.

Formación

• More than 3 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital products.
• Strong experience defining product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and Agile delivery using SAFe.
• Experience working with cross functional teams including engineering, UX and business stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations.
• Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
