ERNI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead two enterprise software teams in a SAFe environment. You will align business priorities with delivery, coach teams, and ensure predictable outcomes through PI planning and ongoing ceremonies.

The role rewards strong stakeholder management and fluency in Jira/Confluence, with a hybrid Barcelona base. You will receive mentoring, a structured onboarding, and clear paths to grow as a technical leader within ERNI.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading enterprise software development teams.
• Proven experience managing two Agile teams simultaneously within a SAFe framework.
• Strong stakeholder management skills working with Product Owners, Product Management and senior business leaders.
• Experience facilitating SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery metrics with fluent English communication skills.

You will be responsible for leading and coaching two cross functional Agile teams within a SAFe Release Train while facilitating all Agile ceremonies and ensuring delivery commitments are met. You will proactively remove impediments, manage risks, align business priorities with team execution and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive predictable and high quality software delivery.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
