ERNI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead two enterprise software teams in a SAFe program. You will drive alignment between squads, facilitate ceremonies, and work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery.

You will mentor team members, promote continuous improvement, and influence delivery performance while enjoying a hybrid work setup with two office days per week and strong support from mentors and a godparent during onboarding.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading enterprise software development teams.
• Proven experience managing two Agile teams within a SAFe framework.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product Owners, PMs and senior leaders.
• Experience facilitating SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery metrics with fluent English communication skills.

What you will bring

• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery metrics with fluent English communication skills.

You will be responsible for leading and coaching two cross functional Agile teams within a SAFe Release Train while facilitating all Agile ceremonies and ensuring delivery commitments are met. You will proactively remove impediments, manage risks, align business priorities with team execution and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive predictable and high quality software delivery.
