Job summary
Santander is seeking a Product Owner Insurance Value Chain Manager to lead digital insurance initiatives from Madrid. You will shape embedded insurance propositions across banking journeys, coordinate a Brazil-based development squad, and ensure alignment between business, customer experience and technology teams.
With 12+ years in product ownership, digital product management, and insurance, you will drive agile delivery and scalable capabilities while partnering with global teams to deliver
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience across Product Owner, Digital Product Management and Digital Transformation.
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is required.
- Experience delivering digital products and platforms in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the digital insurance roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Drive the embedded insurance strategy across Santander ecosystems.
- Own and prioritize the digital insurance backlog and translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital insurance initiatives and ensure reusable capabilities.
- Coordinate releases, testing and production readiness.
- Lead and coordinate a development squad based in Brazil and foster cross-team collaboration.
