Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Product Owner for its Madrid hybrid role focused on banking and payments products. You will lead product vision, drive the roadmap, manage backlogs and coordinate with cross-functional teams across business, technology and operations to deliver secure, compliant digital banking solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product ownership within the banking sector, strong knowledge of payments and cards, and fluent Spanish with good English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience in banking or payments.
• Experience delivering digital banking products and working with payments, cards or payment methods.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Spanish and good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for payment-related solutions.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and product reviews within Agile teams.
• Collaborate with business, technology and operations to deliver innovative banking products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain product quality.
