Job summary

ASTEK Iberia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a leading aviation and travel technology company in Spain. You will promote Agile mindsets, coach product teams, and remove impediments to help deliver continuous customer value.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile team.
• Strong Agile mindset with proven agility in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development processes and digital products.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Willingness to learn and grow beyond comfort zone.
• Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Collaborative, empathetic, proactive, solution-oriented.
