Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Marketplace Operations professional in Madrid to ensure smooth back-office operations and partner integrations. You will monitor experiences, coordinate with multiple teams, and maintain external API connections to support launches across markets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Product Operations, Product Support, Tech Operations, or Scaling Operations in B2C/Marketplace platforms).
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to learn SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.

Responsabilités

• Fever's Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.
• Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup and performance.
• Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, QA, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to support configurations and launches.
• API Integrations Maintenance: oversee day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
• Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings to align priorities and report issues.

As the Operations team, we ensure that everything runs smoothly across Fever’s products and countries. We supervise processes, identify priorities, and streamline ways of working to support growth and deliver a best‑in‑class experience for all stakeholders. We work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and employees, and to ensure the operational strategies support Fever’s overall vision and business goals.

What You’ll Do

In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Marketplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following:

• Fever´s Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.
• Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.
• Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back‑office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes.
• API Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day‑to‑day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences.
• Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and support continuity of marketplace operations.

Who You Are

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling high‑demand peaks.
• High level of English and Spanish (required).
• 1+ years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Product Operations, Product Support, Tech Operations, or Scaling Operations in B2C/Marketplace platforms)
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem‑solving and quick‑reaction skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.).
