ABOUT THE TEAM

Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools.

We are looking for an Operations Associate who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done!

This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works!

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business.
• Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability.
• Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy across all areas of the business.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

ABOUT YOU

• You have 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related).
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English.
• You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
