Fever, a world-leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a highly analytical Business Operations Manager to shape and optimize core commercial processes across Fever. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes in a fast‑growing global environment.

The role anchors in Madrid with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach, leading up to five team members and collaborating across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus).
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of implementing operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences and driving change.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).

About You:
