Zurich Duo in Barcelona is seeking a curious Product Operations Intern to support our UX and digital product teams on real projects beginning October. This internship offers hands-on experience in product operations within an international environment and exposure to AI initiatives as you apply what you study.

You’ll help coordinate backlogs, track data quality, and prepare capacity reports while collaborating with a supportive team.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in a relevant field with a focus on digital topics.
• Interest in digital products, UX, agile practices and AI.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting (Excel).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); extra languages are a plus.
• Available to work part-time from October in Barcelona, for a 6-month internship.

Responsabilidades

• Support product and UX teams in day-to-day operations.
• Keep product backlogs organized and up to date; draft tasks and update items.
• Assist with data quality, tracking and reporting; maintain basic trackers and first-line checks.
• Coordinate sprints and follow-ups; prepare agendas, notes and action logs.
• Support onboarding/logistics for UX/product topics and maintain SharePoint/Teams/Marketplace pages.
• Contribute content for internal UX/product newsletters and communications.
• Help protect AI/UX capacity by strengthening operational foundations.

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Product Operations Intern to support our UX and digital product teams from October onwards. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in product operations within an international environment and to apply what you are learning in your studies to real digital products and AI initiatives.

What you’ll do

Support product and UX teams in day‑to‑day operations
Help keep product backlogs organized and up to date (e.g. drafting tasks from notes/templates, updating items in our agile tools and Forecast).

Assist with data quality, tracking and reporting
Maintain simple status trackers, perform first‑line data checks in Forecast, and prepare draft capacity, resource and budget overview reports.

Help coordinate sprints and follow‑ups
Send routine reminders, track actions and dependencies, and support meeting preparation (agendas, notes, action logs).

Contribute to onboarding and internal communication
Support BU onboarding logistics for UX / product topics and help maintain SharePoint, Teams and Marketplace pages.

Support community and content initiatives
Assist in assembling content for internal UX / product community newsletters and other communication materials.

You will play a key role in helping our teams work efficiently and in protecting valuable AI and UX capacity by ensuring our operational foundations are strong.

What you’ll bring

Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Information Systems, Digital Management, Project Management or a related field

Strong interest in digital products, UX, agile ways of working and/or AI

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting (e.g. Excel)

Fluent in English, written and spoken; any additional language is a strong plus

Available to work part‑time from October at the office in Barcelona, preferably for a 6 ‑ month internship

Motivated, structured and communicative attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks
