Zurich Insurance is seeking a curious Product Operations Intern to support UX and digital product teams from October, in Barcelona. This six-month, part-time internship offers hands-on experience in product operations within an international setting and AI initiatives.

You will help manage backlogs, data quality, and onboarding tasks while learning in a collaborative, multicultural environment. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, fluent in English, with an interest

Formación

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Information Systems, Digital Management, Project Management or a related field.
Strong interest in digital products, UX, agile ways of working and/or AI.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting (e.g. Excel).

Responsabilidades

Support product and UX teams in day-to-day operations and keep backlogs organized.
Assist with data quality, tracking and reporting; prepare capacity and budget overviews.
Coordinate sprints, send reminders, track actions and prepare meeting materials.
Support onboarding logistics for UX/product topics and maintain SharePoint, Teams.
Assist in assembling content for internal UX/product newsletters and materials.
